How do I redeem the points in my account for a gift card or prepaid card?

Follow these steps to redeem your points:

  1. Log in to Thrivable at https://my.thrivable.app/panelist/login using Google Chrome, our recommended brow
  2. Click on "Request Payout".
  3. No later than the 15th day of the next month, you will receive a reward notification from noreply@tangocard.com through your registered email. If you see the notification in your promotions tab or spam folder, move it to your primary inbox to tell your email provider you want to receive future messages from this email address.

What to do after getting your reward notification: 

  1. Open the reward notification email and click the redemption link. This will take you to Tango Card’s website. 
  2. Redeem some or all of your balance for your choice of reward(s) following the instructions on your screen.
    • You can select gift cards from different brands. Retailers include Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, and many more.
    • For larger rewards (over $5), there is also an option for a Visa prepaid card. See more details below. 
    • You will also have the option to donate your earnings to charity.

Important notes if you choose a Visa prepaid card: 

  1. You will receive an email with a redemption link, a digital token and instructions on how to claim either a virtual or physical card. You can also check out this visual step-by-step redemption process

    Processing fee None $3.00 (will be deducted from your balance)
  2. You must select your card within 4 months from the date these instructions are sent via email.
  3. Once the card is redeemed, you will have 7 months to use the funds.
  4. Prepaid cards are subject to expiration, so pay close attention to the expiration date of the card.
