Tremendous Rewards

Thrivable partners with Tremendous to compensate its members with rewards and gift cards when they participate in research.

Redeeming Your Tremendous Reward:

• You can find detailed instructions on how to redeem your Tremendous reward here.

Reward and Gift Card Options:

• Below are the options currently available to Thrivable members to redeem from. This list applies to U.S. residents and may change without notice.

• You may not see every gift card option when redeeming your reward. The options displayed will depend on your reward balance.

Expiration:

• The link to claim your Tremendous rewards expires one year from the date they are issued.

• Once claimed, the expiration date of the selected gift card(s) is determined by the individual gift card provider. 

• Expired or unused rewards cannot be reissued. Review the expiration dates carefully to ensure they are redeemed on time, as Thrivable has no input on the expiration dates of the reward links or gift cards.
  

Receiving Your Reward:

• Rewards are delivered via email, and are delivered from rewards@reward.tremendous.com. Adding this email address to your contacts helps ensure delivery. If the redemption email appears in your spam folder, we suggest you move it to your primary inbox to avoid future emails being delivered to your spam folder.

• If you receive multiple gift cards for the same amount, your email system may group them into a single email thread. Be sure to click “Expand” to view all messages and access each reward.

Need Help with Rewards?

• If you cannot locate your Tremendous reward email, contact member@thrivable.app for resending.

• If you have any trouble redeeming your reward, contact Tremedous Support directly at help@tremendous.com. Tremendous handles the rewards in their system and Thrivable doesn't have access to your redemption history.
