Project Overview

Adhera Health, a leader in AI-based digital health solutions transforming whole-family care in pediatric chronic conditions, partnered with Thrivable to improve their platform's user experience (UX) and personalize patient journeys. The project focused on gathering feedback through focus groups and surveys tailored for the LatinX community, specifically emphasizing Adhera Fatigue Digital Program (AFDP). Ultimately, Adhera selected Thrivable as their research partner for their extensive and representative database, which proved instrumental in recruiting diverse participants.

Challenges Overcome

Thrivable addressed several challenges, including the need for centralized availability for focus groups, recruiting a diverse population, and targeting a niche group of caregivers of children with type 1 diabetes. The team approached the project with active outreach, streamlined scheduling, and a determination to increase screener response rates to overcome these challenges.
