Now that you are a member, we will send you regular invitations to participate in different research activities for which your profile is a match! (Please note there's no need to resubmit your profile as getting to this page is confirmation that we have all the information needed to send you invitations.)
How often will I receive an invitation?
The Thrivable community is growing quickly. Some people receive invitations on a monthly basis. Others receive an invitation a couple of times per year.
- Paid Surveys — Companies pay you to share your insights. Frequency: As often as you qualify.
- Special Invitations — Join clinical studies or participate in patient advisory panels. Frequency: As often as you qualify.
- Public Good Surveys — Your experiences are used for published research. Frequency: a few times per year.
Thrivable is continually expanding its panels for new health conditions. If you have recently signed up for a new panel, you may not receive an invitation for up to eight or 12 weeks because of the time it takes for customers to design and develop their research activities.
How can I participate in more surveys?
Every member has a quality rating. By giving great answers, you will be first-in-line to participate in new research activities. When members rush through surveys or provide low-quality answers, they go to the back-of-the-line for future activities.
How much money will I receive?
When you receive an invitation to participate in research, it will include how much compensation you will receive.
How will I receive payment?
When you request a payout from Thrivable, we will email or text you a link to redeem that payment. For payments over $5, you can choose a prepaid credit card. For any amount, you can also choose a gift card from dozens of popular retailers like Amazon. You can also choose to donate your points to a charity.
Stay tuned! We look forward to sharing your story and creating a better future for everyone living with health conditions. You can also review our Member FAQs page for more details about the member experience.
