Thrivable Expands Market Research and Data Expertise With Two New Hires
As customer demand continues to rise, Cleveland-based SaaS firm welcomes recent additions to its growing research and data team.
Cleveland, OH — Real-time market research platform Thrivable announced today the addition of Senior Research Manager Jacqueline O’Connell and Senior Data Analyst Stevan Zlojutro.
“The strategic expansion of our team ensures Thrivable can continue to meet increasing demand among customers for on-demand access to our database of engaged patient panelists, easy-to-use market research tools, and custom research solutions,” states CEO David Edelman. “It also allows us to keep advancing our platform’s technology through the application of machine learning to both our research services and the panelist experience.”
Jacqueline O’Connell, Ph.D., Senior Research Manager
Jackie brings a considerable wealth of qualitative and quantitative market research experience to Thrivable, which includes overseeing survey research teams at airports across the country for Global Resource Management’s travel and tourism clients. She honed her skills in study design, analysis, and budgeting through previous roles at Market Facts and the Center for Strategy Research, where her clients represented major corporate entities in the health care, financial, and petroleum industries. Jackie holds a Ph.D. from the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Southern California and earned a Master of Science in Political Science from M.I.T.
As senior research manager, Jackie’s focus will be on the successful delivery of health care research projects for Thrivable’s agency, medtech, and pharmaceutical customers. The work will also entail developing repeatable, high-quality research processes that support the ability for customers to gather meaningful patient insights in hours, rather than weeks or even months. “I’ve always been motivated by a love of the research process — asking people questions and listening to their responses — and am excited to bring this passion to Thrivable,” notes Jackie.
Stevan Zlojutro, Senior Data Analyst
Stevan comes to Thrivable with a Master of Science in Analytics from the University of Chicago and a background in data analytics. He has worked as a research assistant for the National Basketball Association (NBA) and a data analyst for the Women’s Tennis Association. Most recently, Stevan progressed through a series of data analyst roles at FairWarning, a leading provider of security solutions for hundreds of applications, including Electronic Health Records (EHRs), Salesforce, and Office 365.
His role at Thrivable involves leveraging data analytics to improve the company’s research capabilities, its products, and day-to-day operations. Stevan will also apply his data science knowledge to enhance the panelist experience and to deliver customer projects requiring advanced data analysis and visualization. As he observes, “I was drawn to the opportunity to add value to many areas of the business and to play a role in evolving both Thrivable’s technology and the company itself through data science.”
