CLEVELAND, OH — Thrivable today announced the appointment of Peter Gannon as Vice President of Business Development, adding seasoned commercial leadership as the company continues to help healthcare organizations better understand patient behavior to improve brand performance.

“Throughout my career, I’ve seen how often teams struggle to understand what’s truly driving patient behavior,” said Gannon. “Thrivable takes a fundamentally different approach by staying close to patients and bringing that perspective directly into healthcare decision-making. That ability to connect patient reality to real-world decisions is what excited me about joining the team.”

Gannon brings nearly three decades of experience leading business development and revenue growth across the life sciences, SaaS, and healthcare technology markets. Most recently, he served on the executive team at Within3, where he led global business development efforts and helped establish the company as a trusted partner to pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations worldwide. His career also includes senior commercial roles at Viz.ai, Sermo, and Peer Direct, as well as leadership experience within a pharmaceutical digital marketing agency owned by Omnicom.

In his new role, Gannon will focus on expanding Thrivable’s impact by helping organizations understand why brands underperform in the market through the lens of the target patient and translate that understanding into clear, patient-informed revenue acceleration plans, working alongside existing tools and teams.

“Peter understands both the complexity of life sciences organizations and the importance of staying close to patients,” said David Edelman, CEO of Thrivable. “He brings experience, conviction, and a clear belief that better decisions come from truly understanding the people you serve. That belief sits at the heart of Thrivable, and we’re thrilled to have him on the team.”

As Thrivable continues to grow, Gannon’s leadership will support the company’s focus on helping healthcare organizations, especially those operating in cardiometabolic care, move beyond assumptions and toward decisions grounded in patient reality, strengthening brand performance and improving outcomes for patients and businesses alike.
