How do I delete my account?

If you would no longer like to be part of the Thrivable panel, we will be sorry to see you go, but have three options for you:

  1. Deactivate: If you Deactivate your account, you will no longer receive any communication from Thrivable, but your past and present data will remain in our system so that, if you choose to participate in the future, you will simply need to Reactivate your account (without re-entering your personal and healthcare information). To Deactivate your account, login, go to Settings, select Communication, click on Deactivate and confirm you’d like to deactivate your account. To Reactivate your account, login and click on Reactivate on the same page.
  2. Anonymize: If you Anonymize your data on Thrivable, we retain  your healthcare history but remove any identifying information attached to it. You will no longer receive any communication from Thrivable and your contact information will be removed from our system, but your health history will continue to bring the patient voice to diabetes. This means that you will no longer be able to login. If you choose to participate in Thrivable again, you will need to create a new account and complete your profile again. To Anonymize your account, please email Thrivable Support with Ticket Name ‘Anonymize my account’.
  3. Delete: If you delete your account on Thrivable, we delete your information, including your account, health history and contact information. You will no longer receive any communication from Thrivablem. We retain records of your past activities and rewards but they will no longer be linked to your account. Once your account is permanently deleted you won’t be able to reactivate it, and you won’t be able to retrieve information. To Delete your account email Thrivable Support with Ticket Name ‘Delete my account’.
